Eli Simaan is a NC licensed architect with many years of experience in capturing the ideas and visions of clients by getting them drawn so they can be brought to life. Eli’s personable and easy going but professional temperament is a welcomed combination that clients enjoy and appreciate.

Santos Cruz is an accomplished artisan when it comes to hardscapes, concrete, and stonework. Santos and his large team of experienced laborers know how to work hard and deliver results on time and on budget while maintaining professionalism at every stage of the job. Everyone will know your job was performed by experts in their craft.  

John Byrum delights in identifying new clients and delivering communication and updates to existing clients on the progress of their current jobs to keep them informed on the progress of their project. His focus is clarity and transparency with a spirit of gratitude for each customer and the trust they place in TarHeel Pools by agreeing to work with us for their outdoor living project.
